Carole Morgane Hamel

I was born and raised in Paris, France. I learned the art of photography in that beautiful city and for the next 15 years I worked with celebrities from all over the world. I was fortunate enough to work with people such as Johnny Depp, Gwen Stefani, Jodie Foster, Kevin Spacey and many more. My experience and notoriety as a photographer allowed me to travel the world discovering places such as India, Africa, and Australia working for magazines, record companies, fashion models, and musicians. I completed and published my first book of photographs in the year 2000 to celebrate the millennium titled “Les Rendez-vous de la Tour Eiffel.” The book was featured on French national television and on exhibition at the Eiffel Tower.
I enjoyed every single minute of that amazing life until I met my American husband and started a brand new life in Arizona. As a photographer, I found it incredible to see the sun every day and all that natural light has to offer. The perfect place for a photographer to create. When our daughter was born I discovered the joy of snapping photos of my baby girl every single day! I just could not miss a smile, a laugh, a once in a lifetime expression. It then became clear to me that I missed the obvious. I needed to change the course of my career and devote my talent toward capturing the beauty and innocence of newborns and children. I feel very lucky to make my passion my career. It makes me so happy to focus on newborns, children and family portraits so that others may enjoy the same captured moments for a lifetime.
